职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1.Execute metals technology initiatives by organizing projects, setting & running stamping processes, measuring and analyzing results, and documenting progress
2.Apply experience with primary and secondary sheet metal processing to provide technical support for the implementation of new equipment and tooling technologies
3.Participate in technology development projects by providing innovative metal solutions that can differentiate Flextronics and add customer value.
4.Define projects and experiments with multiple and sometimes complex variables
5.Flexibility to learn and support new equipment and tooling technologies being developed as a function of the technology organization
6.Apply experience and work with outside entities on latest metal processing technologies to develop well rounded Flextronics expertise.
7.Actively participate in technology initiatives with customers and across all Flextronics divisions
8.Ownership of projects and reliable communication of progress and results both within the technology center and extended Flextronics locations
Requirements:
1.Minimal 5 years work exp & BS Degree in Mech / Mfg. Engineering or equivalent, PHD is preferred.
2.Advanced training and experience with various metal process technologies, including but not limited to cold and warm forming, die casting, machining, stamping, and secondary operations.
3.Understanding of Design of Experiment principles and experience setting up technical projects and experiments
4.Experience with new technologies and capabilities within the metals manufacturing industry
5.Strong engineering fundamentals and experience with documentation required to support new technologies in a manufacturing environment
6.Fluent English and strong communication skills
7.Ideal candidate will provide professional engineering methodologies and apply them hands-on to the manufacturing environment
8.General manufacturing engineering experience in operations, product development, or project management
