职位描述：
Repsonsibilities:
1.Development of IML/IMD technology and process for high volume productions
IML/IMD
工艺及相关产品的开发与生产；
2.Setting and optimization of process parameters;
工艺参数的制定及优化；
3.Preparation of engineering documents;
工程文件的制备；
4.Follow up production and improvement;
跟踪生产过程以及改进工作；
5.Collaborate with other departments to resolve technology and engineering issues found in production
与其他部门沟通解决产品质量问题。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above; polymer material & engineering, plastic mold design and manufacturing specialties are preferred;
理工科本科及以上学历，高分子材料与工程、塑料模具设计与制造专业优先；
2.At least three years experience in related fields, with expertise in in-mold labeling/lamination technology (IMD/IML injection molding, film forming, cutting, printing plate making, ink mixing, film printing, etc.);
三年以上相关领域工作经验，精通IML工艺（IMD/IML注塑成型、薄膜成型与裁切、制版、调墨、印刷）;
Good verbal and written English skills
良好的英语听说读写能力
4.Strong execution capability. Good team spirit and communication skills;
较强的执行力以及团队合作精神，良好的沟通技能;
5.Motivated to learn new technologies and skills;
乐于学习新知识、新技能和新工艺;
6.Excellent capability in establishing and leading a team (for the manager position)
优秀的团队组织能力及领导能力；
