Essential Duties & Responsibilities岗位职责
?Develop and manage sales plan to hit sales targets.发展、管理销售计划，以达到销售目标
?Provide sales support to customer through knowledge of product.向客户提供产品支持协助
?Keep customers updated the advances in product technology.帮助客户更新换代产品
?Technically understand the complete PCB process and be able to provide 1st line support to troubleshooting problems.了解PCB相关流程，并且能提供一线支持解决技术问题
?Work with application engineering to for problem solving.与应用工程队伍共同解决问题
?Work with customer service and manufacturing for order coordination.与客户服务以及生产部共同协调订单
?Develop and maintain multi level relationship with the customers.发展、维护客户关系
?Work with sales manager on gross profit issues与销售经理共同致力于总销售额的增长。
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
岗位要求
?BS or BA in Engineering or Business Administration and min of 5years experience in a PCB Sales or Related field.工程类或工商管理专业，至少5年以上PCB或相关行业的销售经验
?Understanding of basic PCB manufacturing process.熟悉PCB生产流程
?It is preferred that someone have knowledge of Drills or Routers and sales experience如熟悉钻咀或锣刀，并且有销售经验更佳
?Understand and know the competition.竞争意识强
