Business Unit Director
Base in Doumen
Role Purpose Statement
Reporting to the General Manager, the person will be directly responsible for Operations excellence of the Program Management which includes Account Management, Customer Service and Project Management in order to fulfill the expectation of Customer, in terms of delivery, quality, Price performance and flexibility.
The incumbent will be responsible for Program budget, project costing, Project/Program P&L, order commitment and fulfillment, overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Business Unit.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the Business and Order fulfillment for a number of Key Account.
Ensure effective and efficient Operations with focus in inter-departmental dynamics & management of customer requirements (which include quality of products & services).
Prepare Program budget, Project costing, Program / Project P&L. Monitor the competitiveness of such.
Develop and implement Hosting Plan (Depart Business Objective Plan)
Identify training needs and development programs for staff.
Develop business plans for strategic customers with emphasis on revenue and profitability.
Job Requirements
A Good Bachelor Degree in Technical or Business related field from a renowned University. .
8 years of relevant working experience in project/program management in a Electronics Manufacturing environment.
Experience and Exposure in metal stamping, plastics injection molding, tooling, and assembly is added advantages.
Experience in managing customer service operations which include support functions like PO processing, RMA and complaints
Ability to lead, develop and build a team with more than 40 professionals
Familiar with co-ordination activities between manufacturing sites and hubs.
